This restaurant reminded me of a gourmet express I frequented in LA as a child, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, especially considering it's located in a mall. The orange chicken was unique with its brown sauce, and the chow mein was fantastic without onions, making it a standout option for takeout Chinese food in the Antelope Valley.
