Despite initial reservations due to low reviews, I, a discerning Mexican home cook, was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burritos at Mi Ranchito, particularly enjoying the flavorful chunks of carne asada and carnitas, the visible ingredients in each bite, the soft flour tortillas, and the delicious salsa with just the right amount of spice, ultimately deeming it the best Mexican food in the Palmdale area.
