I found a local Italian and Thai restaurant in Shafter that truly impressed me with its warm, attentive service and consistently delicious food. The baked subs and pasta dishes like fettuccine and lasagna stood out, and the carrot cake was a perfect way to end the meal. Every visit felt welcoming, and the owners clearly care about their customers, making it a place I'm eager to return to.

We have eaten here many times and have tried many of their Italian menu items. Appetizers, salads, main dishes, pizzas, calzones. We have never had a bad meal yet. Everything is always excellent and great customer service.
