Recently, I discovered this hidden Filipino food gem that caters for parties and special events. The Lumpiang Shanghai was a big hit at my birthday celebration, with everyone raving about it. The owner was really accommodating when I called in my order, and the veggie lumpia stayed crispy until our event. I'll definitely be returning to Offie's for more delicious catered dishes in the future!
