I ended up at Norms because it was one of the few places open during the Stupor Bowl, and true to form, it was busy but the food came out fast, hot, and delicious. The staff, especially Ruben and Tahjae, brought great energy and patience, making the experience feel welcoming and smooth despite the usual late-night crowd. It's the kind of spot where you can count on consistent service, solid menu choices, and a reliable atmosphere whenever everything else has shut down.
