I typically order 60 to 75 pieces, freshly steamed, and bring them home to cool before freezing for later use, often alongside banh beo and other dishes for gatherings. The food portions are generous and consistently fresh, with flavorful dishes like Mi Quang and bun bo hue standing out, though some items like chao long did not meet expectations.
