I am surprised by the negative reviews I've seen online; the food at Karina's Tacos is truly outstanding. The Cabeza combo plate is my absolute favorite, and the beans and rice are unbelievably delicious. The service is consistently fast and the team, especially Manuel and Brisa, always provide excellent customer care.
