The food most of the time is great. The reason for the 2 stars is that customer service is below average. If there is a problem with your order get ready for a nasty response to your complaint. there has been times I've called for an order 15 minutes before closing to be told they will not make my order unless I'm willing to pay the overtime for their employees! WTH?! Really?! When I've asked to speak to the manager I was told to call during the day and they would hang up the phone. My church has used this place and have had the same problems. We have decided to find another pizza place to go to. I'm sure there are better places out there with great customer service!
Pull your head out Kings Pizza owner before it's too late!
