Tucked inside the food court near 99 Ranch in Arcadia, this Hong Kong street food window offers a convenient way to enjoy flavorful dishes like dim sum, BBQ pork rice boxes, and roast duck without stepping into the full-service restaurant next door. The atmosphere is lively, especially on weekends when the crowd fills the room, and the food arrives fresh and satisfying, though the rice can be a bit clumpy and prices lean toward the higher side for a food court setting. Cash is king here, and arriving early ensures a good selection and avoids the leftovers, making it an economical and tasty option when craving a quick, comforting meal.

I found a restaurant in the food court by 99 Ranch in Arcadia, with ample parking available in the lot. I ordered dim sum, Chinese broccoli, and half roast duck, which totaled $70 without an itemized receipt. Despite the slightly higher prices for a food court setting, the quality of the food was good, although they only accept cash.
