I showed up around 1 am and was greeted by a super sweet lady with blue eyeshadow who made the whole experience really pleasant. The pho here is tasty, with generous portions and fresh veggies, plus the broth is rich and flavorful-perfect for a quick, cheap meal that leaves me full every time. The staff is friendly and fast, they're open late, and even though the place isn't fancy, I always end up satisfied.
