My wife and I are regulars here at Panera West Covina Pkwy. This past Thursday went in again, first off the service for ordering was quite dismal, the girl ordering was rather uninterested, didn't know the menu, seemed like she was forcing herself to smile, better said grin. I ordered the new Grilled Turkey BLT, ended up receiving a cold cut turkey sandwich, wife ordered a modern Greek salad with chicken once salad came there was no chicken in salad had to ask for it. We usually have to clean our own table, all tables are usually dirty, along with seats, we always check our silver ware because it is usually dirty and has sticky dry stuff on it besides the usual water stains. We agreed to try another Panera in another area next time we decide to go again.
