Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I had been going to Genuine Wok since my childhood. The food used to be great but during the last two years it has downgraded. This last time I went, I was on my way to work and decided to see if the food had gotten any better. From the beggining the owner was rushing, throughing the food dishes, and ringing up the costumers in a serious manner. It was not busy that day and there were other employees. I asked to get a sample of Broccoli Beef which I got after the owner rolled his eyes at me and made a groan of anger. I then asked for a sample of orange chicken to which he groaned again and said "Again?! No, no!" but proceeded to give it to me right away. I should have walked away then and spend my money somewhere else. However, I needed to get to work. So I put up with the rude service.
The few times when I've had bad costumer service experiences somewhere else have been justified. Usually the employees are very busy. There was absolutely no reason for this man to be so openly rude. Needless to say, I didn't even enjoy the meal. If the food was okay before this just made it gross.
