Kappo Honda has consistently impressed me with its authentic Japanese flavors, especially the yakitori skewers and fresh sushi, all served in a lively, cozy atmosphere that reminds me of izakayas in Tokyo. The staff are friendly and attentive, the menu offers a wide variety to satisfy different cravings, and while it can get busy with a wait, the overall experience is worth it for a satisfying meal paired with cold beer or sake.
