The food at Behind the Scenes is amazing, with the owner overseeing everything and ordering fresh daily. I've ordered from them for various events and they never disappoint. From Chinese chicken salad to lasagna and wontons, they offer a great variety that always impresses my guests. Elaine and her staff did an outstanding job catering our Thanksgiving dinner for 125 guests, receiving rave reviews from everyone who attended.
