I visited on a Sunday and enjoyed both the green and red pozole, with the red being my favorite for its authentic, rich flavors and fresh ingredients. The enchiladas with bistec were also delicious, and the homemade corn tortillas perfectly complemented the meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made the experience even better-I'm already planning to return to try more dishes like menudo and birria.
