As someone from Chicago who knows barbecue, I love the family-owned Canyon City BBQ for its consistently delicious and reasonably priced food like the tender beef brisket, ribs, mac and cheese, and Piggie sandwich, paired with great service, a pleasant atmosphere, and generous portions that make it perfect for both dine-in and takeout despite the limited parking.
