Ah, the bittersweet end of an era-Albertas, which opened its doors back in '96 during my senior year, was the go-to for breakfast burritos that could seemingly feed an army. From the lard-laden tortilla to the glorious combination of scrambled eggs and meats, each bite was a delicious reminder of why this little treasure was a cherished part of the Tustin community; I'll definitely miss those spicy, garlicky chili sauces that lingered on my breath long after the meal!
