Awesome food

I bought 6 different type of sushi on April 2021 and it was really high quality and delicious. Then I bought another big order of sushi on mothers day and it was really bad. The crunchy roll was mushy and the salmon and yellow tail wasn't fresh it was chewy (not the normal texture for sushi). The eel wasn't cooked right and the rice was hard. Very disappointing since it was supposed to be special for mothers day.
