The customer service at Tom's is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. I've always had a positive experience with prompt service and delicious horchata water. The pastrami sandwich and french fries were enjoyable, although the bun was a bit firmer than expected. Overall, I look forward to returning to Tom's for another satisfying meal.

Great pastrami sandwich. Large enough for 2 meals. Lot of fries with my order too. It helps that Tom's in within walking distance. Great chicken fried steak breakfast too. Staff greet you at the door makes you feel special.
