I had one of the best dining experiences at Mono Inn, where Chef Jason Custer serves up an incredible five-course tasting menu that highlights fresh, seasonal ingredients. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, with each course showcasing unique flavors and creativity. The service was friendly and attentive, making it an unforgettable evening with stunning views of Mono Lake to top it all off.
