My wife and I stayed at a hotel in Old Town San Diego while handling a busy day that included a dental appointment nearby, and although the room had some initial issues like a continuously running toilet and no hot water, the staff quickly resolved everything and even waived the parking fee as a courtesy. The location was convenient for our plans, the room was comfortable and quiet despite being close to the freeway, and the attentive service from employees like Seth and the manager made a big difference in our overall experience.

During our recent trip to San Diego, my wife and I had an excellent experience at a hotel in Old Town. The staff, especially Leanna and Seth, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, addressing our concerns promptly and even compensating us for the parking fee due to an inconvenience.
