I found this small joint with a max capacity of maybe 6 people, and a simple menu offering fried chicken, catfish, gizzards, and a few sides. The Salt & Pepper wings lacked a bit of pepper flavor, but were still delicious, while the regular wings were super tasty and generously portioned. Despite the tight parking and location in a less-than-ideal neighborhood, the quality and value of the food at Chicken Shack make it worth a visit. I appreciate their hot and crispy wings, friendly service, and community involvement.
