DO NOT EAT HERE... I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE! I went through the drive thru and placed an order for potato rolled tacos as well as other things. The rolled tacos only had sour cream and cheese when the menu states it comes with guacamole and cheese. I came back to ask for guacamole not only did the lady MEL speak disrespectfully at me she stated it was my fault i didn't ask. She refused to give me a side of guacamole and said its not her fault the menu is messed up. I expressed i come here all the time. She then stated well if you come here all the time you should know then. I told her i would like to speak with a manager she told me they are gonna " tell me the same sh-t" i asked for a refund . she refused! I asked her name she said mel and you can tell them that. I cannot for the life of me understand why someone like mel would want to disrespect customers and loose buisness. She had no knowledge if an alergy or even cared to ask prior to "popping off on me" "screaming profanity out of the speaker" Please do not give this place your money or buisness. There are better taco shops in san diego and honestly the behavior exhibited by this employee would not be exceptable in any work environment let alone working in customer service with the public.
