Lolita's in Bonita serves some of the best Mexican food in the South Bay, with standout dishes like the chicken tostada in a crispy bowl and their classic carne asada fries, which come in generous portions and always arrive hot. The quality and quantity have truly returned to what I remember, and the staff inside are friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere with covered outdoor seating. While I've experienced slightly dry corn tortillas once, the flavorful meats and overall consistency keep me coming back time and again.
