As a full Filipina with high standards for authentic Filipino cuisine, I find this restaurant's lechon kawali and other dishes absolutely worth the drive, delivering fresh, tasty, and well-prepared meals every time. The friendly service, clean environment, and neatly packaged food make it an ideal choice for a quick lunch or a delicious party spread at home.

I am of Filipino descent and appreciate authentic Filipino cuisine. Being busy with work, I find it convenient to grab delicious and reasonably priced food when I'm too tired to cook. This restaurant's lechon kawali is not just good, it's absolutely worth the drive and stands out as the best in San Diego, if not the whole state. My standards for Filipino dishes are high, having grown up enjoying the best bagnet from Laoag.
