Just had some of the most authentic Thai food while visiting Joshua Tree, with dishes like stir-fried vegetables, tom kha soup, drunken noodles, and curry fried rice bursting with flavor and generous portions. The cozy, homey vibe and friendly, hardworking staff make it worth the wait-calling ahead for takeout is a smart move since they prepare each dish fresh and things can get busy.
