Adobe Grill, set within the beautiful Spanish-style architecture of La Quinta Resort, serves some of the freshest and most flavorful Mexican cuisine around, with dishes like pollo asado, carnitas burrito, and excellent mole that showcase their commitment to quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. The lively atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and stunning outdoor patio make it a memorable dining experience, especially when paired with their generous margaritas and attentive service.
