Going to vent a bit... for 3 months now, we have stopped at the BURGER KING here in 29 Palms for an ice cream treat following Bingo. Four (4) times we have been told that there was no ice cream due to 1.) It's too late and we don't use anymore mix after 10:00. 2) The machine is down. 3) The part hasn't come in. Here's the BEST ONE from last night: 4) When the temperature outside is 118 and the machine (inside) says it's 45, we don't make ice cream because we don't want to make you sick. BURGER KING "Owner" get your business in-order. Put some money back into your business and get it out of your pocket. Did you buy the franchise ONLY to bring it down? When we want a burger..we want a burger! When we want an ice cream....we want an ice cream!!
