The sushi was incredibly fresh, with many unique and seasonal pieces thoughtfully prepared by the chef, who makes all his own salts and sauces in-house. The wife provided a wonderful educational experience, explaining the origins of each fish and the proper way to enjoy the nigiri, enhancing the overall meal. The intimate setting, personalized service, and exceptional quality made it one of the most memorable dining experiences I've ever had, and I look forward to returning.
