I discovered a charming little store and cafí© downtown that specializes in fresh and frozen Russian foods. Although the cafí©'s hours are limited to Tuesday through Sunday, I was able to take home some frozen pelmeni, borscht, and a chicken and mushroom piroshki. The friendly staff and homemade quality of the dishes reminded me of my grandmother's cooking, making me eager to return for more.
