Worst restaurant owner I ever encountered , this lady is extremely rude and poor customer service..doesn’t care about the customer at all. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody. Not worth the money. Poor service and automatically add a service charge to the bill and expect additional tip. FYI there were only party 4 that were dining and service charge automatically added on. so make sure your bill doesn’t include the tip or service charge already as they expect additional tip. And this restaurant keeps raising the prices on their menu… better off going to a high end steakhouse
What I experienced today is unacceptable just because she is the owner she doesn’t have the right to embarrassed the customers. Apparently asking question as to when you will receive service after they usher you to your table and waiting for good 30
minutes is complaining. while it’s okay for this owner to overbook the reservation that causes the customers to wait for an hour. This owner needs to learn that without customer there is no business .. I hate to say this but I hope this owner of this establishment will lose big percentage of her customers due to questionable business practice.
We have been going to this restaurant for many years and this is what we get from this ungrateful unprofessional and spiteful lady.
