I have fond memories of frequenting the salad bar with my family in Monterey, where we were recognized as regulars by Juan. The selection may not be extensive, but the flavors of mixing the pieces together on our plates always made for a delicious meal. I'm eagerly awaiting the reopening of our beloved salad bar where we can enjoy its good selection and wholesome offerings once again.
