Our girls took their father ,grandfather to breakfast for fathers day . I was very disappointed the service was lousy and the food was cold and over cooked.My husband and I go there all the time this is the first time I have ever been unhappy with the food and service . The waitress looked so unhappy not one smile never came over to check on us.

I've been here on many occasions, and it didn't occur to me to try the calamari steaks, which are THE BEST on the central coast! You get a simple menu, which hasn't changed in years (could use an update) and a choice to sit either inside and watch the game on the T.V. above the bar, or watch the planes taxi, land, and take-off on the runway. Outside is my favorite choice.

The food is good, the calamari steaks are absolutely divine, lightly breaded and fried to perfection, no need to bring a mechanical jaw for this meal. The Golden Tee burger is great, but when you ask for medium, be prepared for a well cooked patty. Additionally, they have specials so make sure you read or ask for those. They also offer calamari as rings and tentacles, which tend to get slightly overcooked and chewy, so I stick with the steaks.

Price point is around $6 - $10 a plate, with the most expensive item being around $25 (This is a steak, I'm sure)

I just found this out, after going to eat here for over a year, that they have the most wonderful, creamy, clam filled New England style clam chowder around, even beats The Fisherman's Grotto! Their secret? Bacon.
