The dry mandarin chicken wings are consistently perfect, and the lemongrass beef paired with fried rice enhanced by fried chili oil was absolutely delicious. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and affordable with generous portions, making it my favorite Vietnamese spot on the Monterey Peninsula.

I always find myself returning to this Vietnamese restaurant for their dry mandarin chicken wings, which are simply perfect every time. The lemongrass beef and orient fried rice were fantastic, especially with the addition of fried chili oil that took the flavor to another level. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the quality of the food has remained exceptional over the years-definitely a local treasure!
