The customer service is great, and the fish and chips are not greasy or overly fried, with generous servings at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is quirky but fun, and the handmade dumplings are a must-try.

I've eaten at this restaurant years ago and the food was incredible. However, upon visiting this restaurant recently, I can honestly attest that the food was HORRIBLE. My husband and I ordered the fried fish and chips and took our order home, only to discover that the fish was heavily battered, soggy, and very dense. It was largely inedible and not at all what fried cod should be like (not crispy and light). It seems that the food prep person needs retraining or something, and the batter for the fish was far too dense, tough, and bread-like. Weird. The fries had been left in the oil too long and were overly greasy and limp. Not appealing. I'll be looking for another restaurant for my fish & chips fix.
