On the way back from the Monterey Zoo, I decided to try this restaurant after being drawn in by the delicious smell and lively crowd. The chicken was incredibly flavorful, paired perfectly with fresh sides like rice, beans, and tortillas made from scratch, and the friendly service made the experience even better. Even though it's about an hour's drive for me, the quality and taste have me wanting to return soon to explore more of the menu.

Visited this restaurant after a trip to the Monterey Zoo, opting to change our plans due to the inviting aroma and bustling atmosphere. Enjoyed a flavorful taco and flauta plate accompanied by rice, beans, and a salad, while my husband savored the chicken plate. Despite the hour-long drive from home, the thought of returning the following day to explore more of the menu lingered in my mind. Encountered a couple who praised the establishment as their ultimate favorite, having sampled every dish with great satisfaction.
