My husband and I were starving and craving Mexican breakfast, so we decided to give this small, colorful restaurant a try. The chicken quesadilla and steak tacos on yellow corn tortillas were bursting with flavor, and the fresh, perfectly cooked meats paired wonderfully with their delicious salsas. Despite the tiny space and a single hardworking server managing everything, the atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming, making it a convenient and satisfying stop on our way through.

We eat at Hildalgos weekly. I recommend the pastor sopes they are wonderful.
