Having visited this establishment for over ten years, I can attest to the quality of their fresh bagels and sandwiches, though customer service can be inconsistent. Despite a few hiccups with my orders, such as receiving capers when I requested them removed, the food remains enjoyable, and the staff, especially the manager, has always been accommodating and friendly, making each visit worthwhile.

I've been a regular here for over a decade and finally decided to leave a review. The bagels and sandwiches are consistently fresh and tasty, although the customer service can be hit or miss at times. Despite a mix-up with the order, the staff handled it graciously and made sure we were satisfied.
