The Coq Au Vin, shrimp risotto, and creme brí»lí©e I enjoyed on Balboa Island were cooked to perfection with perfectly balanced flavors, complemented by attentive service and great wine recommendations. The cozy, intimate ambiance and authentic French-Swiss dishes made the evening truly special, and I look forward to returning for the raclette night and more exceptional meals.
