Whew, who knew you could still score a satisfying Mexican meal without breaking the bank? I swung by Wahoo and got my paws on the spicy chicken burrito - it was a flavor fiesta for just $10.99! Inside, the joint was buzzing with folks, making it a prime spot for people-watching while munching on some margaritas for $9.50. The food was a solid 4 in my book, and that secret weapon ceviche? Absolutely killer.
