Among the 20+ Korean restaurants I've tried, this one stands out for its perfectly balanced bossam with ideal pork belly texture, slightly fermented cabbage that complements the meat, and a dipping sauce enriched with mini shrimps that enhances the flavor. The menu offers authentic dishes like spicy lamb hotpot, samgyetang, and seafood tofu stew, all prepared with great care and served with fresh, well-seasoned side dishes, accompanied by attentive and friendly service in a cozy, homey atmosphere.
