The customer service was outstanding, with friendly and accommodating staff from the front desk to housekeeping and catering, making my birthday event and stay truly special. The hotel features spacious, clean rooms, a beautifully remodeled function area, inviting pool with cabanas, and a convenient location just across from John Wayne Airport and close to upscale malls and restaurants.
