I am inquiring about availability on September 16th, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm for a party of 30-36 guests. We are looking for seating arrangements of 6 round tables for 6 people each, along with plated catering service. The event is a celebration of the 67th Wedding Anniversary of Houston & Betty Henderson, a cherished couple in our family. Please contact me via email or text to provide cost estimates for venue and catering services. Our experience hosting a school banquet for Cal Poly at this location was seamless. The staff, particularly Lisa and Breanna, were exceptional in their coordination. Despite a minor noise restriction, the outdoor setting was lovely, and the overall flexibility and service received were outstanding. Thank you to the San Dimas Canyon Clubhouse for consistently exceeding our expectations and making our events memorable.
