I love the warm, cozy atmosphere and attentive service at Mi Ranchito, where the plant-based menu offers a variety of fresh, well-seasoned, and delicious options-including diabetic-friendly choices like the Baja grilled fish tacos with heavenly grilled vegetables and whole pinto beans-plus great vegan dishes, tasty guacamole, chicken rice soup, and refreshing drinks, making it a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience that keeps me coming back regularly.
