This is a little family restaurant that has been there for many years. We just moved around here and decided to try it and have been back a few times since. The pho beef broth is quite different from all of the other pho restaurants we have been to in our 25 years of enjoying Vietnamese food. We loved it. I inquired about it and learned that this is their mother's own recipe. Both my husband and I strongly recommend the pho here, if you don't mind the very plain atmosphere.

The sirloin pho was amazing, so I went back a month later. That was 2 days ago. Now, I have a flu and I want something hearty...like soup. So, I thought of Pho Bo Vang. So, my friend is going to get me another bowl. I love it!! It is so yummy and I can't say enough good things about it. I AM HOOKED! I highly recommend it. It's not a fancy place, but that is not always an indication of quality, flavorful food. I can't say anything about the other foods on the menu, but you can't go wrong with the cooked beef pho.
