the freezer door was open for less then 15sec. She asked if I needed help I told her what I was looking for and she responded with close the door I said excuse me and her response was close the door the cakes will melt. I closed the door and then she kept the door closed for 5sec and wouldn't open it because she said that cakes will melt and I need to wait before opening the door again because it was getting warm in there. She should not be rude to customers all she needed to do was tell me which pie was rhe one i was looking for and the door would have been closed less then 30sec. She grab what I needed after waiting for the 5sec for the freezer to get cold again. She had no right being so rude. It was opened for less the 15 sec total.
