The customer service at this Juan Pollo location is exceptional, with a friendly and efficient staff. During my recent visit to pick up a family pack, the order was prepared in less than 5 minutes. Although there was a minor mistake with the charges, the attentive young lady quickly corrected it by providing the missing sides and even offered a complimentary drink to make up for the oversight. It's heartening to encounter such dedicated service, like that of the wonderful employee Priscilla, who ensured a positive experience despite the initial hiccup.
