The food is delicious but the On Site Manager will continue to lose customers. We are paying customers and do to the Pandemic we are trying to support our local restaurants. Therefor when an order is placed over the phone , then repeated back and confirmed we expect the order to be right. There was a $10 meal that was received wrong we offered to return the item to be made correctly and we were rudely and disappointedly told the store would throw the burrito away and we would be charge for a new item. EXCUSE me we are the paying customer it is the restaurants responsibility to provide what was ordered. Very disappointed with La Familia Alvarez poor selection of Staff. A Successful business is made by the quality of your workers and the quality of your merchandise. I commend the food very authentic, clean and the seasoning is delicious. Very poor quality of Staff for that today you lose a company of 12 employees that enjoyed your food on a regular bases.
