Arterra at the Marriott Del Mar offers a hidden treasure with its small sushi bar led by Chef Andrew, a local legend with 24 years of sushi expertise. Despite a limited sushi menu, Chef Andrew can cater to your favorite sushi requests, as I experienced with a custom Dragon Roll. The service was exceptional, with a shoutout to our waiter, Chris, and the atmosphere was elegant and welcoming.
