I tried two sandwiches today, and the chef's choice with turkey and fresh vegetables on wheat bread was outstanding, earning my full praise. The chicken Waldorf sandwich offered a nice blend of chicken, apples, and walnuts, though I wished for more chicken salad on the bread. The service was friendly and welcoming, prices were reasonable for La Jolla, and the overall experience made me eager to return.
